You can find your tickets in inbox of the email address you used when making the purchase.
If you bought multiple tickets, please make sure to assign the tickets on the ticket portal Checkin as soon as possible.
You will receive the ticket(s) by email or/and SMS closer to the event. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@obforum.no
Arriving at the Venue
Oslo Business Forum will be held at Nova Spektrum, which is located in Lillestrøm, with excellent transportation connections from Oslo and Oslo Airport.
We recommend everyone to travel by public transportation the event in order to:
- Generate smaller carbon emission
- Avoid paying and worrying about parking
- Reducing (and avoiding) overall traffic
The venue is easily accessible, especially by train, only 10 minutes from Oslo S and 10 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
By train
Lillestrøm Station is located between Oslo City and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. We suggest you plan your route at vy.no from Oslo City or the Airport Express from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The venue is a 5 minute walk from ‘Lillestrøm station’. Our hosts will greet you outside the Train station and direct you to the venue.
By bus
You can arrive by bus from multiple different buses to Lillestrøm bus station, named "Lillestrøm bussterminal". We suggest you plan your route at ruter.no. From the bus station is a 5 minute walk to the venue.
By car
The Nova Spektrum Car Park is accessible outside Nova Spektrum. The address is Messeveien 8, 2004 Lillestrøm. Remember to pay for parking tickets.
By flight
Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the recommended airport to travel to. The venue is only 10 minutes by train from the airport.

VIP Experience
As a VIP attendee, you can expect exclusive access to our world-class speakers and top-tier networking opportunities.You will get access to two extra sessions to deepen your learnings, in addition to access to the exclusive VIP Evening. VIP attendees will also have access to a designated VIP Lounge throughout both event days, with other top-tier attendees.
The VIP Evening will take place at LingLing Aker Brygge 26. September, 18:00. Shuttle busses will leave from Nova Spektrum at 17:30

ID and Tickets
Please remember to bring your picture ID to the event, as security will be in focus for the conference. Also, you should have your conference badge on you at all time, and you are not allowed to give your conference badge to someone else.
Code of Conduct
All event guests, speakers, partners, and staff are required to uphold our code of conduct as we want everyone to be able to join the event in a respectful and safe environment. We prohibit discrimination of any kind and harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Any infractions or violations of this code will lead to immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
Security
The safety and security of our attendees are always our main priority. We have dedicated security staff at the event at all times. Additionally, be prepared for a security check upon arrival to the venue.

Lillestrøm is a small town. If you are looking to stay at a hotel nearby the venue and within walking distance we recommend Scandic Hotel Lillestrøm.

Where and when is Oslo Business Forum 2023?
Oslo Business Forum 2023 will be organized 26-27th of September at Nova Spektrum, in Lillestrøm, Norway.
How should I prepare for the event? What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself and your event badge! Everything else we have covered; food and snacks, refreshments, notebooks, and pens will be available to you at the event. You can find more information about the event from our Event Info website.
Where can i find the event agenda?
You can find the event agenda here. Please note that the agenda is subject to change.
What is your cancellation policy?
Oslo Business Forum events have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is made less than 30 days before the course begins. You may transfer the ticket free of charge to a friend or colleague.
Will the event be a hybrid event (in-person and online)?
Yes, the event will be a hybrid event, with both the possibility of purchasing a ticket to attend on-site and the possibility to access the online live stream.
Where can I watch the livestream?
All ticket holders have access to our livestream of Oslo Business Forum 2023, and can access via the link provided via email closer to the event. Need any assistance regarding accessing the livestream? Please contact us at info@obforum.no or use the chat function on this page.
Can I watch the stream on my phone?
Yes, but for the best experience we strongly recommend watching the stream on a desktop device, using Google Chrome. This will provide a better event experience throughout the day.
Can I share stream access to my friends or colleagues?
The Online Ticket access if for you only. If you would like your whole company to have access to the livestream, you can purchase an OBF+ licence here!

The ticket will be sent to you by email and SMS closer to the conference (estimated 1-3 weeks before).
I have a physical ticket, can I still access the live stream?
Yes, all ticket holders have access to our livestream of Oslo Business Forum 2023, and can be accessed via the link provided by email closer to the event.
I bought a ticket but can’t attend the event. What can I do?
We have a 30-day cancellation policy (you can read our Terms & Conditions here).
Attending remotely
If you cannot attend the event in person, there is an option to watch the live stream event online.
Reassigning the ticket
If you cannot attend remotely either, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague by updating the attendee information on the ticket portal. Please note that if the ticket is reassigned in the 30 days leading up to the event, we may not be able to cater for specific dietary needs, as this information needs to be communicated to our catering service 30 days prior to the event.
Group Live Stream / OBF+
If your organization is interested in hosting your own Oslo Business Forum Live Stream event, you can purchase OBF+, where you can stream the event at your office or another location for a live audience.

Can I interview the speakers?
Some of our speakers have agreed to do interviews with the press.
