Maryna Saprykina Wins the Speaker Contest

Together with Business Forum Group, we're hosting our annual Speaker Contest in which we hope to discover new ingenious talent, original concepts, and thought-provoking perspectives. 

The winner of the contest, Maryna Saprykina, gets to give a keynote to thousands of business leaders at Oslo Business Forum 2023, Nordic Business Forum 2023, and Amsterdam Business Forum 2023, and receives a 50,000€ speaker fee.

What Is the Speaker Contest?

The aim of the Speaker Contest is to find and promote new talents, ideas and perspectives. This year, we are looking for a 10-15 minute keynote discussing innovation, leadership, or sustainability.

The winner of the contest will get to:

  • Give a keynote in front of thousands of business leaders at Oslo Business Forum 2023, Nordic Business Forum 2023, and Amsterdam Business Forum 2023. 
  • Receive a speaker fee of 50,000€ for doing the 3 keynotes

The contestants will share their ideas related to one of the following themes:

  •  Leadership
  •  Innovation
  • Sustainability

Timeline of the contest

Over the course of the contest, we will pick 24 contestants to speak online at one of the four different semifinal rounds. The winner of each semifinal will continue to the final, where our jury will pick a winner. 

Application Period:

  • 8 December 2022 - 22 January 2023
  • The results will be communicated by 7 February

Semifinals:

  • March 8:
     
    • Semifinal 1: 10:00-12:00 EET
    • Semifinal 2: 14:00-16:00 EET

  • March 16:
     
    • Semifinal 3: 10:00-12:00 EET
    • Semifinal 4: 14:00-16:00 EET

Note: All semifinals will be held remotely and contestants will dial-in.

Final:

  • Helsinki, Wednesday 10 May, 17:00-21:00 EEST

Note: the final will be held physically and also streamed live.

  • 26-27 September 2023: Oslo Business Forum
  • 27-28 September 2023: Nordic Business Forum
  • 29 September 2023: Amsterdam Business Forum
