Important: Remember to bring your personal ID to the event, due to security reasons. One (1) ticket can only be used by one (1) person throughout the 2 days. If you need to change ticket information, remember to do so in the order confirmation.
Passes
If you have purchased multiple passes, please ensure to assign the passes on the Checkin portal as soon as possible.
Please be aware that each pass can only be used by one person throughout the 2-day event.

Arriving at the Venue
Oslo Business Forum will be held at Nova Spektrum, which is located in Lillestrøm, with excellent transportation connections from Oslo and Oslo Airport.
We recommend everyone to travel by public transportation the event in order to:
- Generate smaller carbon emission
- Avoid paying and worrying about parking
- Reducing (and avoiding) overall traffic
The venue is easily accessible, especially by train, only 10 minutes from Oslo S and 10 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
By train
Lillestrøm Station is located between Oslo City and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. We suggest you plan your route at vy.no from Oslo City or the Airport Express from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The venue is a 5 minute walk from ‘Lillestrøm station’. Our hosts will greet you outside the Train station and direct you to the venue.
By bus
You can arrive by bus from multiple different buses to Lillestrøm bus station, named "Lillestrøm bussterminal". We suggest you plan your route at ruter.no. From the bus station is a 5 minute walk to the venue.
By car
The Nova Spektrum Car Park is accessible outside Nova Spektrum. The address is Messeveien 8, 2004 Lillestrøm. Remember to pay for parking tickets.
By flight
Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the recommended airport to travel to. The venue is only 10 minutes by train from the airport.

Evening Programs
AfterworkAfter an inspiring first day, our afterwork event will take place in our Networking Area in Hall A from 16:00-17:30 on September 25. It's the perfect way to meet new people and reflect on your learnings, all while enjoying some drinks, music and good vibes.
VIP Evening
As part of the event, on the first day, we cordially invite all VIP attendees to attend our VIP Evening at 'Fredensborg Ambassaden' in Oslo, starting at 18:00. This is a great opportunity to network with your peers in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying delicious food and drinks, all on our bill. A shuttle bus from Nova Spektrum will take you there, leaving at 17:30.
Networking Evening
Conference Pass holders have the opportunity to take part in our Networking Dinner at Thon Hotel Opera. This event is an excellent opportunity to reflect on the day's sessions, meet new people, and expand your business network. The dinner features an aperitif, a warm buffet, and your choice of three alcoholic beverages. Please book your seat in advance due to limited availability (300 spots). This Dinner is not included in the Conference Pass.

Safety and Security
at the Event
ID and Tickets
Please remember to bring your picture ID to the event, as security will be in focus for the conference. Also, you should have your conference badge on you at all time, and you are not allowed to give your conference badge to someone else.
Code of Conduct
All event guests, speakers, partners, and staff are required to uphold our code of conduct as we want everyone to be able to join the event in a respectful and safe environment. We prohibit discrimination of any kind and harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Any infractions or violations of this code will lead to immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
Security
The safety and security of our attendees are always our main priority. We have dedicated staff at the event at all times. Additionally, be prepared for a security check upon arrival to the venue.

Where and when is Oslo Business Forum 2024?
Oslo Business Forum 2024 will be organized 25-26th of September at Nova Spektrum, in Lillestrøm, Norway.
How should I prepare for the event? What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself and your OBF ticket on the first day and the event badge for the second day. Everything else we have covered; food and snacks, refreshments, notebooks, and pens will be available to you at the event.

What is your cancellation policy?
Oslo Business Forum events have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is made less than 30 days before the course begins. You may transfer the ticket free of charge to a friend or colleague.
Will the event be a hybrid event (in-person and online)?
Yes, the event will be a hybrid event, with both the possibility of purchasing a ticket to attend on-site and the possibility to access the online live stream. As a ticket holder, you will get access to our live stream.
Remember that you have 365 days of access to the keynote speeches after OBF 2024.
Where can I watch the livestream?
All ticket holders have access to our livestream of Oslo Business Forum 2024, and can access via the link provided via email closer to the event. Need any assistance regarding accessing the livestream? Please contact us at info@obforum.no or use the chat function on this page.
Can I watch the stream on my phone?
Yes, but for the best experience we strongly recommend watching the stream on a desktop device, using Google Chrome. This will provide a better event experience throughout the day.
Can I share stream access to my friends or colleagues?
The Online Ticket access is for you only. If you would like your whole company to have access to the livestream, you can purchase an OBF+ licence here!
Luggage and coat check
Luggage and coats can be stored for free at the conference cloakroom, located in the entrance hall.

The conference is facilitated for wheelchair use. Please contact us if you have questions about this or wish for us to assist with anything.

If you need any assistance we are happy to help with anything. You may contact the OBF staff through the on-site infodesk at the venue, or online through info@obforum.no or use the chat function on the live stream page.
Where can I find my ticket?
The ticket will be sent to you by email and SMS closer to the conference. 3 weeks before the event by email and the day before by SMS. We get you covered :-)
I have a physical ticket, can I still access the live stream?
Yes, all ticket holders have access to our livestream of Oslo Business Forum 2024, and can be accessed via the link provided by email closer to the event.
I bought a ticket but can’t attend the event. What can I do?
We have a 30-day cancellation policy (you can read our Terms & Conditions here).
Attending remotely
If you cannot attend the event in person, there is an option to watch the live stream event online.
Reassigning the ticket
If you're unable to attend remotely, you have the option to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague through the ticket portal by updating the attendee information. You can do this free of charge.
Group Live Stream / OBF+
If your organization is interested in hosting your own Oslo Business Forum Live Stream event, you can purchase OBF+, where you can stream the event at your office or another location for a live audience.

How can I apply for media accreditation?
You can apply for media accreditation by filling out the form on our press & media page.
Our Head of Media will then get in contact with you.
Please be aware that we have very limited press seats which are mainly reserved for big media such as Bloomberg, Forbes, Aftenposten, DN etc.
Can I interview the speakers?
Some of our speakers have agreed to do interviews with the press. If you would like to interview one of our speakers, contact Simeon Mathyer (Head of PR & Media,/ simeon@oboforum.no) with your interview proposal. If you would like to interview a speaker at the event, you also need to apply for media accreditation here.
