Mercell Co-Create 2024
Together with Mercell, we set the tone for a year of innovation and collaboration with a spectacular kick-off at Posthallen. Through “Mercell Co-create,” we gathered 300 employees from 9 countries to enhance knowledge sharing and strengthen relationships across international offices.
Sarah Dawn Finer and Matt C. Smith led participants through a rich day program, focusing on "self-leadership" and the importance of "change in an ever-shifting world." Panel discussions, combined with interactive workshops, gave participants the opportunity to dive deep into specific topics, explore new ideas, and shape the company’s vision for the future.
