Oslo Business Forum events have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is made less than 30 days before the course begins. Once the 30 days are up, no changes can be made to the tickets and there will be no refunds.

We have decided to introduce a COVID-19 certificate for Oslo Business Forum 2021 in order to ensure a safe and well-organized event for our attendees. 

The COVID-19 certificate will be green for those who have been fully vaccinated, or have received the first vaccine dose at least three weeks ago, for people who have had COVID-19 and for those who have had a negative COVID-19 test taken less than 24 hours ago. 

You can also get tested for free at the venue and receive a 24-hour green corona certificate. 

The safety and health for visitors and employees is our top priority. In order to offer you the best possible conditions when you visit us, we have adapted our facilities and adopted new routines according to prevailing circumstances. Our meeting place is vast which makes it easy to keep a distance.

The most important control measures to keep in mind for you as a visitor:

The doors will open at 08:00 (CEST).
For VIP ticket holders, the program begins at 08:30.
For Standard ticket holders, the program begins at 10:00.

Yes, but for the best experience we strongly recommend watching the stream on a desktop device, using Google Chrome. This will provide a better event experience throughout the day.

For this year's event, only physical attendees have the option to network with other attendees at the venue.

Go to your email, search “Checkin” and find the QR code. If you can't find it, the person who ordered the tickets likely has it. If you experience any problems please contact ticket@obforum.no or visit our information desk at the conference.

Tickets for the Oslo Business Forum that will be held in September 2022 will be available through the same link after 14:15. 

Luggage and coats can be stored for free at the conference cloakroom, located in the entrance hall.
