OBF LEADERSHIP PLATFORM

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By accepting these terms the customer agrees to purchase the OBF Leadership Platform membership of his/her choice at the agreed-upon price.
For Norwegian customers 25% VAT applies, for customers outside of Norway no VAT is added.
The membership and license will be auto renewed annually from the subscription date. Subscription cancellations must be done at least one month prior to next renewal.

Cancellation Policy
The OBF Leadership Platform membership has a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted less than 30 days before any Oslo Business Forum event. After 30 days, no changes can be made to the purchase and there will be no refunds.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. It is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.

Our OBF Leadership Platform membership gives you access to all our online content for a particular year. 
Individual live stream passes are single-user passes for private viewings (one person only).

Company membership gives you the opportunity for public viewings (large audience) to watch the online content in the same room. 

You can organize a viewing to a larger audience. However, in all event marketing, the purchaser of the OBF Leadership Platform membership needs to explicitly state that the event is an “independently organized live stream event”. In addition, the marketing of the live stream event cannot start before the community pass has been purchased. 

Any breach of these terms will cause immediate disqualification of the purchaser’s license without any refunds. The organizer can also demand compensation for lost income. 
 
User information
All memberships need to be assigned to a person in order for them to be valid. 

The person who ordered the licenses is responsible for sharing our terms and conditions and privacy policy with the person/people using the tickets.

We collect information about our event attendees and members of the OBF Leadership Platform responsibly, in accordance with the applicable GDPR.

Intellectual property rights
We are the sole owner or licensee of the Content, and all intellectual property rights in the content including all applicable copyrights, trademarks, trade names and logos included in the Content.

With the membership we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-assignable, worldwide licence to access and use the platform in connection with your personal use of the platform subject to our direction and discretion.

We reserve the right to amend, without liability, any of the Content at our absolute discretion.

You may not download, copy or distribute Content for uses other than your own personal use without our express permission.

Marketing and Communications
Purchasing this product automatically adds that individual’s email address to our newsletter database. By default, that individual will receive event information, monthly company updates, and other relevant information.

Payments
If you have paid with a credit card we will try to charge the same credit card. If this is not possible an invoice will be sent to you. If you have chosen invoice as payment when you registered, a new invoice will be generated and sent upon renewal.

Visa, MasterCard
Checkin provides online payment services with ticket purchases.

For the consumer, the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

Invoice
The customer has the opportunity to pay with an invoice with a 14 days payment deadline. International customers will have to cover the transaction costs.
