Oslo Business Forum Kicks Off 2025 with Bold Expansions and New Leadership Initiatives
In January 2025, Oslo Business Forum launched two major initiatives to strengthen its position as Norway’s leading business conference: OBF Leadership and OBF Event.
OBF Leadership is a cutting-edge leadership program designed to create a common leadership language that enhances speed and alignment within organizations. Co-founded and developed by Morten Hansen, Hanne Lindbæk, and Jacob Schram, the program aims to offer a unique and transformative experience for ambitious business leaders. The first four-month program, starting on February 12, 2025, was fully booked with 30 top executives.
At the same time, Flow Event was fully integrated into the OBF family under the new name OBF Event, further reinforcing the company’s expertise in high-quality business events.
As part of an ambitious growth strategy—targeting an increase in turnover from 80 MNOK in 2025 to 500 MNOK by 2030—OBF announced the hiring of six new positions, offering an opportunity to join a fast-growing and high-performing team.
The 2025 Conference, themed "The Big Shift," featuring Simon Sinek as the keynote speaker, has already been a massive success, selling out all 3,000 tickets within eight weeks of launch. The event will take place September 24–25, 2025, at NOVA Spektrum.
